This lovely fraction from the ancient Tarsus (modern day Mersin) in Turkey. It was an important area located on the coast. Later in history it became the spot where Mark Antony and Cleopatra met.

The reverse of the coin is what makes this special. It shows a woman playing the game of dice (astragaloi). This ancient game turned into what we now know as jacks.
